Partyhat Studio builds companies from idea to scale with our own team, capital, and conviction. Partyhat Ventures invests from pre-seed through Series A and supports founders with operating expertise, strategic guidance, and access to the broader Partyhat ecosystem.
Together, they form a flywheel.
The Studio develops capability across product, engineering, design, growth, recruiting, and operations. Those capabilities strengthen our ability to support founders. Every founder we back expands the network, deepens strategic relationships, and broadens our perspective on where opportunities are emerging. The stronger the Studio becomes, the more valuable Ventures becomes. The stronger Ventures becomes, the more talent, relationships, and opportunities flow back into the Studio.
Culture is what makes the model work.
As we scale, we remain focused on cultural alignment, high standards, direct ownership, and a bias for action. We believe culture must be instilled deliberately from the top down and reinforced through execution. Product, growth, and operations perform best when aligned around shared objectives, not competing priorities. Geography has never been the constraint. Talent, alignment, and execution matter far more.
This next chapter means expanding the team, investing in infrastructure, and creating clearer pathways for founders, operators, and partners to build alongside us.
